Why we work the way we do
Private aviation has its own vocabulary. Repositioning fees, empty legs, FBOs, crew duty limits and quotes that only show part of the cost can make a simple trip feel complicated. We would rather you understand the choice than simply accept our recommendation. If a smaller aircraft does the job well, we say so. If your trip would suit an empty leg, we explain the tradeoff in flexibility before you count on one.

Every quote is all-inclusive, with fuel, crew, taxes and fees counted in the figure you see. Nothing hidden is added once you say yes. If your trip changes, we explain what affects the price and why.

Our pricing is point to point. One-way travel gets a one-way quote, and round trip pricing never applies to a flight in a single direction.

Nothing long term
Each trip is booked by itself. You sign no yearly contract, join nothing and keep no account funded between flights.

Small things handled ahead of time
Your pets can fly with you, and we can find WIFI equipped aircraft if you plan to work on the way. Before departure we go over the FBO, arrival time and ground plans with you, so the day stays calm.

Most of our passengers depart from FBOs around Indianapolis, which keeps the drive short for travelers in Beech Grove, Greenwood, Cumberland, Lawrence, Speedway and Carmel, as well as Bargersville, New Whiteland, Whiteland and New Palestine. From there, a charter can take you anywhere the aircraft has the range to reach, and we are available around the clock when a trip comes together on short notice.
